Beach Bums

At the beginning of this month my mom had a Friday off so she invited us to go for a bike ride at the beach. It was the PERFECT day (in March nonetheless) and we had a PERFECT time together.

We got frozen bananas in Balboa (where they started).

Then got free parking by this park in Newport. A nice area... and a good spot to have!

Rode down to the Huntington Pier and walked around a bit and ate our sandwiches while watching dolphins in the water.

Biked back to the car and watched the sunset and waded in the water for a bit.

Then headed home with no traffic! Seriously, it could not have been a more perfect day!!!!!!
